It finally happened and I have entered the blogging world. What better way is there for those who live near and far to keep up with all the happenings at the Huntington household?! You may be wondering why I chose the title of simple treasures? Well, it's the simple things in life that matter the most. Family, friends, good food, good times, ice cream and chocolate!!
My first treasure to blog about is Shea! She wanted me to call my blog Shea but I informed her that her soon-to-be baby bother doesn't have a name yet so we can't do that. She asked if the blog would be all about her- how could I say no?!! Thus, my first blog must be about my Shea bug. She has finally come to terms with the fact that she is going to have a brother and now loves the idea. She just wants him old enough to play with her-right now! A couple of weeks ago (before the heat wave hit) I took her to the Columbus Zoo. What a good time we had. She just loves feeding the birds, as you can see. Also, for the first time, she rode the "horse ride" by herself. She was extremely proud of herself, as I was of her too. Her Dad and I are always proud of her. Enough of my ramblings for this morning. We have to see what good things we'll get into this afternoon.
